Alabama High School Football - Fayetteville smashes Ragland

September 26, 2025: Sylacauga, AL 35150

The Fayetteville Wolves (Sylacauga, AL) football trounced the visiting Ragland Purple Devils (Ragland, AL), 59-12 in Friday's non-league outing.

The Wolves now sport a 3-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Donoho for a 1A Region 6 outing on Friday, October 3. Fayetteville will clash with a Falcons squad coming off a 42-6 non-league loss to Ohatchee (Ohatchee, AL). The Falcons record now stands at 0-6.

With the defeat, Ragland drops to 1-4 on the campaign. The Purple devils travel to Valley Head (Valley Head, AL) to face the Tigers in a 1A Region 8 game on Friday, October 3. The Tigers enter the game with a record of 3-3. Valley Head lost 49-0 in their recent non-league game against North Sand Mountain (Higdon, AL)
