Illinois High School Football - Thornton Fractional South ripped by Lemont

The Lemont Lemont HS football squad scored 56 points and limited the visiting Thornton Fractional South Red Wolves to 6 in the Lemont HS league triumph on Friday.

The Lemont HS now hold a 3-2 record. They take the field next when they host Thornton Fractional North for a South Suburban - Blue test on Friday, October 3. Lemont will meet a Meteors squad coming off a 21-20 league win over Bremen (Midlothian, IL). The Meteors record now stands at 3-2.

With the defeat, Thornton Fractional South drops to 1-4 on the campaign. The Red wolves travel to Tinley Park (Tinley Park, IL) to meet the Titans in a South Suburban - Blue challenge on Friday, October 3. The Titans go into the challenge with a record of 1-4. Tinley Park lost 43-7 in their recent league challenge against Oak Forest (Oak Forest, IL)
