September 26, 2025: Lyman, WY 82937 The Worland Warriors football squad scored 7 points and limited the host Lyman Eagles to 0 in the Warriors league triumph on Friday.
In their next game, the Warriors face the Lovell Bulldogs (Lovell, WY) in a 2A West challenge, on Friday, October 3. Worland will attempt to improve on its 2-2 season record. The Bulldogs go into the challenge with a 2-3 record after their 21-12 league loss to Hot Springs County (Thermopolis, WY).
The Eagles (0-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Kemmerer (Kemmerer, WY). The Rangers come into the 2A West test with a 1-3 record. In their last test, Kemmerer was nipped by Mountain View (Mountain View, WY), 61-6, in a league test.
