The Miami East Vikings walloped the host Northridge Polar Bears football team by a score of 44-8 in Friday's league challenge.

In their next game, the Vikings face the Lehman Catholic Cavaliers (Sidney, OH) in a Three Rivers challenge, on Friday, October 3. Miami East will attempt to improve on its 5-1 season record. The Cavaliers go into the challenge with a 6-0 record after their 44-14 league win over Milton-Union (West Milton, OH).

The Polar Bears (0-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Riverside (De Graff, OH). The Pirates go into the Three Rivers challenge with a 3-3 record. In their last challenge, Riverside bounced Bethel (Tipp City, OH), 21-16, in a league challenge.
