Rhode Island High School Football - Tolman wallops Middletown

September 26, 2025: Pawtucket, RI 02860

The Tolman Tigers football squad scored 41 points and limited the visiting Middletown Islanders to 3 in the Tigers league triumph on Friday.

The Tigers now hold a 3-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Lincoln for a Division II test on Friday, October 3. Tolman will meet a Lions squad coming off a 34-0 league loss to West Warwick (West Warwick, RI). The Lions record now stands at 1-2.

With the defeat, Middletown drops to 2-2 on the campaign. The Islanders travel to Mt. Pleasant (Providence, RI) to face the Kilties in a Division II challenge on Friday, October 3. The Kilties go into the challenge with a record of 1-3. Mt. Pleasant lost 48-8 in their recent league challenge against East Providence (East Providence, RI)
