California High School Football - Lincoln defeats Del Mar
September 26, 2025: San Jose, CA 95126 Lincoln Lions (San Jose, CA) followers went home in high spirits Friday as they saw their football team achieve victory over the visiting Del Mar Dons (San Jose, CA), 27-6 in a league battle.
With the win, Lincoln advances its record to 5-0 on the season. The Lions travel to Branham (San Jose, CA) to play the Bruins in a battle on Thursday, October 9. The Bruins go into the battle with a record of 2-3. Branham won 20-0 in their recent non-league battle against Piedmont Hills (San Jose, CA)
The Dons now own a 1-3 record. They play next when they host Gunderson for a non-league battle on Friday, October 3. Del Mar will play a Grizzlies squad coming off a 28-7 non-league loss to Lincoln (San Jose, CA). The Grizzlies record now stands at 1-3.
