September 26, 2025: Gaithersburg, MD 20877 Gaithersburg Trojans (Gaithersburg, MD) fans went home in high spirits Friday as they saw their football team achieve victory over the visiting Watkins Mill Wolverines (Gaithersburg, MD), 16-8 in a non-league battle.
With the win, Gaithersburg improves its record to 2-2 on the season. The Trojans travel to Northwest (Germantown, MD) to play the Jaguars in a non-league battle on Saturday, October 4. The Jaguars go into the battle with a record of 4-1. Northwest won 18-6 in their recent non-league battle against Paint Branch (Burtonsville, MD)
Coming up next, the Wolverines meet the Einstein Titans (Kensington, MD) in a non-league match, on Saturday, October 4. Watkins Mill will attempt to upgrade on its 0-4 season record. The Titans come into the match with a 2-1 record after their 29-0 non-league loss to Blair (Silver Spring, MD).
