September 26, 2025: Towson, MD 21204 Sparrows Point Pointers (Baltimore, MD) followers went home in high spirits Friday as they saw their football team achieve victory over the host Loch Raven Raiders (Towson, MD), 20-6 in a league battle.
With the win, Sparrows Point advances its record to 3-1 on the season. The Pointers host Eastern Tech (Baltimore, MD) to play the Mavericks in a non-league battle on Friday, October 3. The Mavericks go into the battle with a record of 1-3. Eastern Tech lost 24-12 in their recent non-league battle against Patapsco (Baltimore, MD)
The Raiders now hold a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Chesapeake for a non-league match on Saturday, October 4. Loch Raven will confront a Bay Hawks squad coming off a 8-3 non-league win over Towson (Towson, MD). The Bay Hawks record now stands at 1-3.
