Illinois High School Football - Niles West trounces Maine East
September 26, 2025: Skokie, IL 60077 Niles West Wolves (Skokie, IL) fans went home in high spirits Friday as they saw their football team triumph over the visiting Maine East Blue Demons (Park Ridge, IL), 46-6 in a non-league match.
The Wolves (2-2) will now prepare for their match against Niles North (Skokie, IL). The Vikings come into the non-league match with a 0-1 record.
Coming up next, the Blue Demons meet the Vernon Hills Cougars (Vernon Hills, IL) in a non-league match, on Saturday, October 4. Maine East will attempt to improve on its 2-3 season record. The Cougars go into the challenge with a 1-0 record after their 18-15 league win over Highland Park (Highland Park, IL).
