The Lincoln Northwest Falcons softball squad (Lincoln, NE), was routed 10-0 in Friday's non-league contest with the host Gretna Dragons (Gretna, NE)

With the triumph, Gretna improves its record to 21-6 on the year. The Dragons travel to Blair (Blair, NE) to battle the Bears in a non-league bout on Tuesday, September 30. The Bears go into the bout with a record of 22-6.

In their next game, the Falcons battle the Bellevue West Thunderbirds (Bellevue, NE) in a non-league contest, on Monday, September 29. Lincoln Northwest will attempt to improve on its 2-20 season record. The Thunderbirds enter the contest with a 6-19 record after their 11-3 league loss to Millard West (Omaha, NE).
