In Friday's non-league match, the Bishop Gorman Gaels (Las Vegas, NV) volleyball squad tipped the host Centennial Huskies (Corona, CA), by a margin of 2-1.

The Gaels now possess a 20-6 record. They play next when they travel to Horizon for a non-league bout on Friday, September 26. Bishop Gorman will clash with a Huskies team coming off a 3-0 league win over Mountain Pointe (Phoenix, AZ). The Huskies record now stands at 7-2.

With the loss, Centennial falls to 17-10 on the year. The Huskies travel to South Salem (Salem, OR) to battle the Saxons in a non-league match on Friday, September 26. The Saxons enter the match with a record of 10-2. South Salem lost 3-1 in their recent league match against Sprague (Salem, OR)
