September 27, 2022: Cosby, TN 37722 In Tuesday's league battle, the visiting Alcoa Tornadoes soccer squad scored a close 6-0 win over the Cosby Eagles.
The Tornadoes (7-4) will now prepare for their battle against McMinn Central (Englewood, TN). The Chargers go into the non-league battle with a 8-5 record. In their last test, McMinn Central nudged Sale Creek (Sale Creek, TN), 9-0, in a non-league test.
With the loss, Cosby drops to 4-8 on the season. The Eagles host Grainger (Rutledge, TN) to meet the Grizzlies in a non-league test on Thursday, September 29. The Grizzlies come into the test with a record of 7-4.
