Washington High School Soccer - Lynden Christian knocks off Mount Vernon
September 27, 2022: Lynden, WA 98264 Lynden Christian Lyncs (Lynden, WA) supporters were pleased Tuesday as they observed their soccer team prevail over the visiting Mount Vernon Bulldogs (Mount Vernon, WA), 5-1 in a league challenge.
Next, the Lyncs confront the Blaine Borderites (Blaine, WA) in a 1A/2A/3A Northwest challenge, on Thursday, September 29. Lynden Christian will attempt to move on its 3-2 season record. The Borderites enter the challenge with a 2-2 record after their 1-0 league win over Meridian (Bellingham, WA).
The Bulldogs now possess a 2-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Anacortes for a 1A/2A/3A Northwest challenge on Thursday, September 29. Mount Vernon will confront a Seahawks team coming off a 1-1 league Bellingham (Bellingham, WA). The Seahawks record now stands at 2-1.
