Ohio High School Soccer - St. John's Jesuit knocks off Lima Senior
September 27, 2022: Lima, OH 45801 St. John's Jesuit Titans (Toledo, OH) fans were pleased Tuesday as they observed their soccer team overwhelm the host Lima Senior Spartans (Lima, OH), 19-1 in a league challenge.
Next, the Titans confront the Perrysburg Yellow Jackets (Perrysburg, OH) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, September 29. St. John's Jesuit will attempt to better on its 5-3 season record. The Yellow Jackets enter the challenge with a 9-0 record after their 2-2 league Anthony Wayne (Whitehouse, OH).
The Spartans now have a 3-7 record. They take the field next when they host Clay for a Three Rivers Athletic challenge on Tuesday, October 4. Lima Senior will confront a Eagles team coming off a 5-1 league loss to St. Francis de Sales (Toledo, OH). The Eagles record now stands at 1-12.
