The Effingham County Rebels (Springfield, GA) volleyball overcame the host John Paul II Golden Warrriors (Ridgeland, SC), 2-0 in Tuesday's non-league outing.

With the win, Effingham County upgrades its record to 16-13 on the year. The Rebels travel to Savannah Country Day (Savannah, GA) to face the Hornets in a non-league outing on Tuesday, September 27. The Hornets go into the outing with a record of 10-14. Savannah Country Day won 2-0 in their recent league outing against Groves (Garden City, GA)
