September 27, 2024: Allendale, MI 49401 The Sparta Spartans football squad scored 17 points and limited the host Allendale Falcons to 0 in the Spartans league triumph on Friday.
The Spartans now sport a 2-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Greenville for a River Cities Alliance test on Friday, October 4. Sparta will meet a Yellow Jackets squad coming off a 42-7 league loss to Coopersville (Coopersville, MI). The Yellow Jackets record now stands at 1-4.
With the defeat, Allendale drops to 1-4 on the campaign. The Falcons travel to Coopersville (Coopersville, MI) to meet the Broncos in a River Cities Alliance test on Friday, October 4. The Broncos come into the test with a record of 4-1. Coopersville won 42-7 in their recent league test against Greenville (Greenville, MI)
