September 27, 2024: Las Vegas, NV 89124 The Spring Mountain Eagles walloped the visiting Awaken Christian Lions football team by a score of 58-0 in Friday's non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Eagles play the Indian Springs Thunderbirds (Indian Springs, NV) in a 1A Central (8 Man) challenge, on Saturday, October 5. Spring Mountain will attempt to improve on its 3-2 season record. The Thunderbirds go into the challenge with a 2-3 record after their 14-12 league loss to Round Mountain (Round Mountain, NV).
The Lions (0-3) will now prepare for their challenge against El Capitan (Colorado City, AZ). The Eagles go into the non-league challenge with a 4-2 record. In their last challenge, El Capitan was ripped by Mogollon (Heber, AZ), 50-24, in a non-league challenge.
