September 27, 2024: Charlevoix, MI 49720 The Charlevoix Rayders were victorious over the visiting Benzie Central Huskies football team by a score of 34-14 in Friday's league challenge.
In their next game, the Rayders face the Elk Rapids Elks (Elk Rapids, MI) in a Northern Michigan - Leaders challenge, on Friday, October 4. Charlevoix will attempt to improve on its 3-2 season record. The Elks enter the challenge with a 1-4 record after their 30-20 non-league loss to Mancelona (Mancelona, MI).
The Huskies (2-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Kingsley (Kingsley, MI). The Stags enter the non-league challenge with a 3-2 record. In their last challenge, Kingsley fell by St. Francis (Traverse City, MI), 49-20, in a league challenge.
