New York High School Football - Birdlebough triumphant over Port Byron
September 27, 2024: Port Byron, NY 13140 The crowd at Friday's league contest between the Birdlebough Firebirds (Phoenix, NY) and the host Port Byron Panthers (Port Byron, NY), witnessed Birdlebough's football squad wallop Port Byron by a tally of 54-0.
The Firebirds (2-1) will now prepare for their contest against Altmar-Parish-Williamstown (Parish, NY). The Rebels enter the Section 3 C/D contest with a 2-1 record. In their last contest, Altmar-Parish-Williamstown crushed Oxford Academy/Gilbertsville-Mt. Upton (Oxford, NY), 40-6, in a non-league contest.
