September 27, 2024: Rockport, TX 78381 The Calallen Wildcats football squad scored 29 points and limited the host Rockport-Fulton Pirates to 7 in the Wildcats non-league triumph on Friday.
The Wildcats now sport a 4-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Sinton for a non-league test on Friday, October 4. Calallen will clash with a Pirates squad coming off a 23-16 non-league win over Miller (Corpus Christi, TX). The Pirates record now stands at 5-0.
With the defeat, Rockport-Fulton drops to 3-2 on the campaign. The Pirates travel to Hallettsville (Hallettsville, TX) to clash with the Brahmas in a non-league test on Friday, October 4. The Brahmas come into the test with a record of 2-3. Hallettsville lost 26-19 in their recent non-league test against Jones (Beeville, TX)
