The Lincoln Golden Lions were victorious over the host Central Crossing Comets football team by a score of 28-6 in Friday's league challenge.

In their next game, the Golden Lions face the Big Walnut Golden Eagles (Sunbury, OH) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 28. Lincoln will attempt to improve on its 4-2 season record. The Golden Eagles enter the challenge with a 4-1 record after their 31-28 league win over Westerville South (Westerville, OH).

The Comets (1-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Pickerington North (Pickerington, OH). The Panthers enter the Ohio Capital - Ohio challenge with a 5-1 record. In their last challenge, Pickerington North ran past Westerville Central (Westerville, OH), 42-7, in a league challenge.
