September 27, 2024: Whitney Point, NY 13862 The Chenango Valley Warriors felled the host Whitney Point Eagles football team by a score of 14-6 in Friday's non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Warriors face the Johnson City Wildcats (Johnson City, NY) in a Section 4 B challenge, on Friday, October 4. Chenango Valley will attempt to improve on its 2-2 season record. The Wildcats go into the challenge with a 1-2 record after their 54-16 non-league loss to Vestal (Vestal, NY).
The Eagles (2-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Dryden (Dryden, NY). The Lions go into the Section 4 C-2 challenge with a 1-3 record. In their last challenge, Dryden lost by Deposit-Hancock (Deposit, NY), 49-0, in a non-league challenge.
