Crowley County Chargers (Ordway, CO) followers went home in high spirits Friday as they saw their football team triumph over the visiting Swink Lions (Swink, CO), 44-8 in a non-league battle.

With the win, Crowley County advances its record to 1-3 on the season. The Chargers travel to Hoehne (Hoehne, CO) to play the Farmers in a A-8 Six County (8 Man) battle on Friday, October 4. The Farmers go into the battle with a record of 1-3. Hoehne lost 36-20 in their recent non-league battle against Springfield (Springfield, CO)

The Lions now own a 0-4 record. They play next when they host McClave for a A-8 Arkansas Valley (8 Man) battle on Friday, October 4. Swink will play a Cardinals team coming off a 58-52 non-league win over Simla (Simla, CO). The Cardinals record now stands at 4-0.
