In Friday's non-league game, the Meridian Trojans (Bellingham, WA) football team triumphed over the host Forks Spartans (Forks, WA), by a tally of 54-7.

In their next game, the Trojans battle the South Whidbey Falcons (Langley, WA) in a non-league game, on Friday, October 4. Meridian will attempt to better on its 3-1 season record. The Falcons enter the game with a 1-2 record after their 35-14 non-league loss to Friday Harbor (Friday Harbor, WA).
