The Rosehill Christian Eagles edged the visiting Frassati Catholic Falcons football team by a score of 18-14 in Friday's non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Eagles face the Central Texas Christian Lions (Temple, TX) in a TAPPS Division IV District 2 challenge, on Friday, October 4. Rosehill Christian will attempt to improve on its 3-2 season record. The Lions enter the challenge with a 5-0 record after their 28-14 non-league win over Legacy Prep Christian Academy (Magnolia, TX).

The Falcons (2-3) will now prepare for their challenge against St. Joseph (Victoria, TX). The Flyers enter the non-league challenge with a 3-2 record. In their last challenge, St. Joseph was edged by Fort Worth Christian (North Richland Hills, TX), 40-7, in a non-league challenge.
