In Friday's league match, the host Saratoga Falcons football squad scored a good 41-15 victory over the Mills Vikings.

The Falcons (4-0) will now prepare for their match against Monta Vista (Cupertino, CA). The Matadors enter the Peninsula - Lake match with a 3-2 record. In their last match, Monta Vista was beaten by El Camino (South San Francisco, CA), 17-13, in a league match.

Coming up next, the Vikings confront the Kathleen MacDonald Condor (San Jose, CA) in a Peninsula - Lake match, on Friday, October 4. Mills will attempt to upgrade on its 1-4 season record. The Condor enter the match with a 0-4 record after their 41-14 league loss to Jefferson (Daly City, CA).
