Texas High School Football - Seguin tops The Colony

September 27, 2024: The Colony, TX 75056

The Seguin Cougars football squad scored 32 points and limited the host The Colony Cougars to 6 in the Cougars league triumph on Friday.

The Cougars now hold a 5-0 record. They take the field next when they host Mansfield Timberview for a 5A-2 Region I District 3 test on Thursday, October 3. Seguin will meet a Wolves squad coming off a 47-21 league win over Everman (Everman, TX). The Wolves record now stands at 2-3.

With the defeat, The Colony drops to 3-2 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to Mansfield Summit (Arlington, TX) to meet the Jaguars in a 5A-2 Region I District 3 test on Friday, October 4. The Jaguars come into the test with a record of 2-2. Mansfield Summit won 25-22 in their recent league test against Grapevine (Grapevine, TX)
