In Friday's league test, the Hamilton Braves (Hamilton City, CA) football squad ran past the visiting Quincy Trojans (Quincy, CA), by a count of 40-20.

The Braves now hold a 3-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Portola for a test on Friday, October 4. Hamilton will meet a Tigers squad coming off a 14-14 league Los Molinos (Los Molinos, CA). The Tigers record now stands at 1-1.
