Bayonne Bees (Bayonne, NJ) followers went home pleased Saturday as they saw their football team gain a win over the host Eastside Ghosts (Paterson, NJ), 33-13 in a non-league battle.

With the win, Bayonne advances its record to 2-3 on the season. The Bees host Clifton (Clifton, NJ) to confront the Mustangs in a non-league match on Friday, October 3. The Mustangs come into the match with a record of 0-4. Clifton lost 8-0 in their recent non-league match against Morristown (Morristown, NJ)

Coming up next, the Ghosts confront the Passaic Indians (Passaic, NJ) in a Super - Freedom Blue match, on Friday, October 3. Eastside will attempt to improve on its 1-4 season record. The Indians go into the battle with a 2-3 record after their 32-30 non-league win over Teaneck (Teaneck, NJ).
