Colorado High School Football - Golden knocks off Lakewood
September 27, 2025: Golden, CO 80401 Golden Demons (Golden, CO) followers went home pleased Saturday as they saw their football team gain a win over the visiting Lakewood Tigers (Lakewood, CO), 21-6 in a non-league battle.
With the win, Golden advances its record to 5-0 on the season. The Demons travel to Heritage (Littleton, CO) to confront the Eagles in a match on Friday, October 3. The Eagles enter the match with a record of 3-2. Heritage won 31-10 in their recent non-league match against Columbine (Littleton, CO)
Coming up next, the Tigers confront the Boulder Panthers (Boulder, CO) in a non-league match, on Saturday, October 4. Lakewood will attempt to upgrade on its 0-4 season record.
