Kentucky High School Soccer - Calloway County knocks off Warren Central
September 27, 2025: Murray, KY 42071 The Calloway County Lakers soccer squad scored 13 points and held the visiting Warren Central Dragons to 0 in the Lakers non-league victory on Saturday.
The Lakers now hold a 14-1 record. They play next when they travel to Graves County for a District 2 challenge on Tuesday, September 30. Calloway County will encounter a Eagles squad coming off a 4-0 non-league loss to Caldwell County (Princeton, KY). The Eagles record now stands at 2-9.
With the loss, Warren Central moves to 3-12 on the year. The Dragons host Butler County (Morgantown, KY) to encounter the Bears in a non-league challenge on Monday, September 29. The Bears go into the challenge with a record of 2-12. Butler County lost 3-1 in their recent league contest against Edmonson County (Brownsville, KY)
