September 27, 2025: Richfield, MN 55423 Fans at Saturday's non-league contest between the Mahtomedi Zephyrs (Mahtomedi, MN) and the host Academy of Holy Angels Stars (Richfield, MN), observed Mahtomedi's volleyball team top Academy of Holy Angels by a count of 2-0.
The Zephyrs (10-5) will now prepare for their contest against Chisago Lakes Area (Lindstrom, MN). The Wildcats enter the non-league contest with a 10-5 record. In their last contest, Chisago Lakes Area notched a victory over St. Francis (St. Francis, MN), 3-0, in a league contest.
Next, the Stars battle the Cretin-Derham Hall Raiders (St. Paul, MN) in a non-league battle, on Monday, September 29. Academy of Holy Angels will attempt to improve on its 15-3 season record. The Raiders go into the battle with a 12-1 record after their 3-0 league win over Irondale (New Brighton, MN).
