Fans at Saturday's non-league contest between the Millard South Patriots (Omaha, NE) and the host Desert Ridge Jaguars (Mesa, AZ), observed Millard South's volleyball team top Desert Ridge by a count of 2-0.

The Patriots (21-5) will now prepare for their battle against Mountain View (Tucson, AZ). The Mountain Lions go into the non-league battle with a 6-12 record. In their last battle, Mountain View was defeated by Canyon del Oro (Tucson, AZ), 3-0, in a league battle.
