Kentucky High School Volleyball - Harlan County over Estill County
September 27, 2025: Irvine, KY 40336 In Saturday's non-league challenge, the visiting Harlan County Black Bears volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Estill County Engineers.
The Black Bears (10-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Southwestern (Somerset, KY). The Warriors come into the non-league challenge with a 1-19 record. In their last challenge, Southwestern lost by Pulaski County (Somerset, KY), 3-1, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Engineers meet the Owsley County Owls / Lady Owls (Booneville, KY) in a District 56 challenge, on Monday, September 29. Estill County will attempt to advance on its 5-20 season record. The Owls / Lady Owls go into the test with a 0-10 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Clay County (Manchester, KY).
