September 27, 2025: Savannah, GA 31405 Highland Christian Academy EAGLES (Valdosta, GA) boosters left the game satisfied Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Memorial Day Matadors (Savannah, GA), 2-0 in a league test.
With the win, Highland Christian Academy improves its record to 4-17 on the season. The EAGLES travel to Georgia Christian (Valdosta, GA) to face the Generals in a GIAA 3AA test on Saturday, September 27. The Generals go into the test with a record of 16-2. Georgia Christian won 2-1 in their recent non-league test against Sherwood Christian Academy (Albany, GA)
The Matadors now own a 4-15 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Grace Christian Academy for a GIAA 3AA challenge on Saturday, September 27. Memorial Day will meet a Cougars team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over North Florida Christian (Tallahassee, FL). The Cougars record now stands at 6-15.
