Oregon High School Volleyball - Ione/Arlington can't hold off North Douglas
September 27, 2025: Drain, OR 97435 The North Douglas tipped the visiting Ione/Arlington Cardinals volleyball squad by a final score of 2-1 in Saturday's non-league game.
Next up, the confront the Riddle Irish (Riddle, OR) in a 1A Skyline game, on Tuesday, September 30. North Douglas will attempt to better on its 9-3 season record. The Irish come into the bout with a 1-5 record after their 3-0 league loss to Elkton (Elkton, OR).
With the loss, Ione/Arlington drops to 14-4 on the campaign. The Cardinals travel to Sherman (Moro, OR) to clash with the Huskies in a 1A Big Sky bout on Tuesday, September 30. The Huskies come into the bout with a record of 11-3. Sherman lost 3-0 in their recent league bout against South Wasco County (Maupin, OR)
