Shawnee Indians (Lima, OH) boosters left the game thrilled Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Lehman Catholic Cavaliers (Sidney, OH), 2-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Shawnee improves its record to 12-5 on the season. The Indians host Memorial (St. Marys, OH) to encounter the Roughriders in a Western Buckeye test on Tuesday, September 30. The Roughriders enter the challenge with a record of 7-11. Memorial lost 3-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Parkway (Rockford, OH)

Next, the Cavaliers meet the Riverside Pirates (De Graff, OH) in a Three Rivers challenge, on Tuesday, September 30. Lehman Catholic will attempt to upgrade on its 7-10 season record. The Pirates enter the challenge with a 0-15 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Fairlawn (Sidney, OH).
