Utica Eisenhower Eagles (Shelby Township, MI) boosters left the game satisfied Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host North Branch Broncos (North Branch, MI), 2-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Eagles (18-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Mercy (Farmington Hills, MI). The Marlins come into the non-league challenge with a 15-2 record. In their last challenge, Mercy beat St. Ursula Academy (Toledo, OH), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Broncos meet the Yale Bulldogs (Yale, MI) in a Blue Water Area challenge, on Tuesday, September 30. North Branch will attempt to upgrade on its 21-3 season record. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a 21-8 record after their 3-0 league win over Algonac (Algonac, MI).
