September 28, 2021: Greenville, NC 27834 The Christ Covenant Spartan volleyball team (Winterville, NC), was nudged 3-2 in Tuesday's non-league challenge with the host Oakwood Eagles (Greenville, NC)
The Eagles (6-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Kerr-Vance Academy (Henderson, NC). The Spartans enter the NCISAA Carolina Independent 2A/1A challenge with a 1-9 record. In their last challenge, Kerr-Vance Academy was nudged by Faith Christian (Rocky Mount, NC), 3-2, in a league challenge.
Next, the Spartan encounter the Faith Christian Academy (Goldsboro, NC) in a NCCAA 2A North challenge, on Friday, October 1. Christ Covenant will attempt to move on its 4-4 season record. The enter the challenge with a 2-7 record after their 3-0 league loss to New Bern Christian Academy (New Bern, NC).
