September 28, 2022: Chocowinity, NC 27817 The Southside Seahawks (Chocowinity, NC) football overcame the visiting Pamlico County Hurricanes (Bayboro, NC), 36-18 in Wednesday's non-league bout.
In their next game, the Seahawks face the Northside - Pinetown Panthers (Pinetown, NC) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, October 6. Southside will attempt to move on its 4-1 season record. The Panthers enter the bout with a 3-2 record after their 44-0 non-league loss to Tarboro (Tarboro, NC).
The Hurricanes (0-1) will now prepare for their bout against East Carteret (Beaufort, NC). The Mariners enter the non-league bout with a 0-4 record. In their last bout, East Carteret was toppled by West Carteret (Morehead City, NC), 66-7, in a non-league bout.
