September 28, 2022: Simsbury, CT 06070 Choate Rosemary Hall School Wild Boars (Wallingford, CT) supporters were pleased Wednesday as they observed their soccer team hold off the host Westminster School Martlets (Simsbury, CT), 3-2 in a league challenge.
Next, the Wild Boars confront the Phillips Exeter Academy Lions (Exeter, NH) in a NEPSAC Freelance challenge, on Saturday, October 1. Choate Rosemary Hall School will attempt to move on its 5-1 season record. The Lions enter the challenge with a 1-2 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to High Mowing (Wilton, NH).
The Martlets now possess a 2-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Pomfret School for a non-league challenge on Saturday, October 1. Westminster School will confront a Griffins team coming off a 4-0 league loss to Williston Northampton (Easthampton, MA). The Griffins record now stands at 0-5.
