The Central Bobcats volleyball team (Phoenix, AZ), was dropped 3-0 in Wednesday's league challenge with the host Fairfax Stampede (Laveen, AZ)

The Stampede (3-10) will now prepare for their challenge against Buckeye (Buckeye, AZ). The Hawks enter the non-league challenge with a 5-4 record. In their last challenge, Buckeye defeated Copper Canyon (Glendale, AZ), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Bobcats meet the North Canyon Rattlers (Phoenix, AZ) in a 5A - Metro challenge, on Monday, October 3. Central will attempt to move on its 2-12 season record. The Rattlers enter the challenge with a 3-9 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Kellis (Glendale, AZ).
