September 28, 2023: Cambridge, MA 02138 The Cambridge Rindge & Latin Falcons football team (Cambridge, MA), was tipped 28-27 in Thursday's league challenge with the visiting Newton South Lions (Newton, MA)
The Lions (3-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Concord-Carlisle (Concord, MA). The Patriots come into the Dual County - Thorpe challenge with a 2-2 record. In their last challenge, Concord-Carlisle was tipped by Malden Catholic (Malden, MA), 28-7, in a non-league challenge.
The Falcons now sport a 1-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Boston English/New Mission for a non-league challenge on Friday, October 6. Cambridge Rindge & Latin will meet a Bulldogs team coming off a 36-0 non-league loss to Lynn Vo-Tech (Lynn, MA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 0-4.
