September 28, 2023: Upper Marlboro, MD 20774 The Potomac Wolverines (Oxon Hill, MD) football edged the host Largo Lions (Upper Marlboro, MD), 12-8 in Thursday's non-league bout.
In their next game, the Wolverines face the Douglass Eagles (Upper Marlboro, MD) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, October 7. Potomac will attempt to advance on its 4-4 season record. The Eagles enter the bout with a 5-0 record after their 14-8 non-league win over Fairmont Heights (Capitol Heights, MD).
The Lions (1-4) will now prepare for their bout against Crossland (Temple Hills, MD). The Cavaliers enter the non-league bout with a 0-4 record. In their last bout, Crossland was nudged by Gwynn Park (Brandywine, MD), 46-12, in a non-league bout.
