The West Cabarrus Wolverines (Concord, NC) soccer bounced the host Mallard Creek Mavericks (Charlotte, NC), 7-0 in Thursday's non-league bout.

With the win, West Cabarrus moves its record to 14-2 on the campaign. The Wolverines travel to Hickory Ridge (Harrisburg, NC) to battle the Ragin' Bulls in a Greater Metro 4A bout on Tuesday, October 3. The Ragin' Bulls go into the bout with a record of 5-2.
