September 28, 2023: Hialeah, FL 33013 The Booker T. Washington Tornadoes volleyball team (Miami, FL), was dropped 3-0 in Thursday's non-league challenge with the host Hialeah Thoroughbreds (Hialeah, FL)
The Thoroughbreds (6-4) will now prepare for their challenge against North Miami (North Miami, FL). The Pioneers enter the 5A District 16 challenge with a 4-8 record. In their last challenge, North Miami defeated Hialeah-Miami Lakes (Hialeah, FL), 3-1, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Tornadoes meet the Miami Springs Golden Hawks (Miami Springs, FL) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, October 2. Booker T. Washington will attempt to move on its 0-3 season record. The Golden Hawks enter the challenge with a 7-4 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Carol City (Miami, FL).
