September 28, 2023: East Prairie, MO 63845 The Cairo Pilots volleyball team (Cairo, IL), went down 3-0 in Thursday's non-league challenge with the host East Prairie Eagles (East Prairie, MO)
The Eagles (4-11) will now prepare for their challenge against Malden (Malden, MO). The Green Wave enter the Class 2 District 1 challenge with a 8-9 record. In their last challenge, Malden went down by Gideon (Gideon, MO), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Pilots encounter the Oran Eagles (Oran, MO) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 30. Cairo will attempt to move on its 4-4 season record. The Eagles enter the challenge with a 4-11 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Zalma (Zalma, MO).
