September 28, 2023: Colfax, IA 50054 Colfax-Mingo Tigerhawks (Colfax, IA) supporters left the game in high spirits Thursday as they observed their volleyball squad hold off the visiting Keota Eagles (Keota, IA), 3-2 in a league match.
Next up, the Tigerhawks clash with the Prairie City-Monroe Mustangs (Monroe, IA) in a non-league match, on Saturday, September 30. Colfax-Mingo will attempt to advance on its 4-10 season record. The Mustangs come into the match with a 8-11 record after their 3-1 non-league win over Cardinal (Eldon, IA).
With the loss, Keota drops to 7-10 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to North Mahaska (New Sharon, IA) to clash with the Warhawks in a South Iowa Cedar match on Monday, October 2. The Warhawks come into the match with a record of 13-6. North Mahaska won 3-0 in their recent league match against Tri-County (Thornburg, IA)
