September 28, 2023: Gillespie, IL 62033 Gillespie Miners (Gillespie, IL) supporters left the game in high spirits Thursday as they observed their volleyball squad top the visiting Pana Panthers (Pana, IL), 2-0 in a league match.
Next up, the Miners clash with the Carlinville Cavaliers (Carlinville, IL) in a non-league match, on Saturday, September 30. Gillespie will attempt to advance on its 4-10 season record. The Cavaliers come into the match with a 9-7 record after their 2-0 league loss to Staunton (Staunton, IL).
