Virginia High School Football - St. Michael the Archangel tops Episcopal
September 28, 2024: Fredericksburg, VA 22407 The St. Michael the Archangel Warriors football squad scored 40 points and limited the visiting Episcopal Maroon to 17 in the Warriors non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Warriors now hold a 5-1 record. They take the field next when they host Friendship Collegiate Academy for a non-league test on Saturday, October 12. St. Michael the Archangel will meet a Knights squad coming off a 14-6 non-league loss to St. John's (Washington, DC). The Knights record now stands at 4-1.
With the defeat, Episcopal drops to 0-3 on the campaign. The Maroon host St. Stephen's & St. Agnes (Alexandria, VA) to meet the Saints in a non-league test on Monday, September 30. The Saints come into the test with a record of 2-2. St. Stephen's & St. Agnes lost 20-14 in their recent league test against Potomac School (McLean, VA)
